Key Responsibilities:
  • Application Operations: Ensure the smooth operation of lottery company applications, including monitoring system components and events.
  • Service Requests: Fulfill customer service requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot application problems and outages according to documented procedures.
  • Incident Management: Handle, register, and follow up on incoming requests and incidents.
  • Communication: Maintain constant communication and support with involved resolver units and partners.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit reports as required.
  • Participation: Participate in calls in case of outages and prepare presentations for clients and internal training sessions.
Requirements:
  • Language Skills: Excellent English language skills.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • IT Skills: Experience with ITSM ticketing systems, IT operations, and ITIL processes.
  • Technical Skills: Knowledge of Unix/Linux operating systems, basic networking (TCP/IP), and basic database (SQL) skills.
  • Scripting Skills: Proficiency in scripting languages (Perl, PHP, Bash, Python, or similar).
  • Experience: Several years of relevant experience in IT application operation.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree is an advantage.
