As a Customer Support Specialist for eSignature solutions, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional technical support to our clients. We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-centric individual with a strong background in service desk operations.

About the Role

We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 per annum, plus additional benefits. Our team is known for its dynamic and youthful working environment, with opportunities for growth and development.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Fluent French language skills
  • Upper-intermediate English skills
  • Several years of strong service desk experience
  • Affinity for development and coding

Your key responsibilities will include:

Technical Support

Providing expert technical support for our eSignature DAC component, troubleshooting and resolving customer inquiries, and escalating issues promptly.

Product Knowledge

Utilizing broad product knowledge to enhance customer adoption, employ various support tools to solve customer issues, and promote products through consultative discussions.

Problem-Solving

Proactively identifying areas for product improvement and bug fixes, and exceeding service level goals for eSignature and related services.
