We are a leading provider of tolling solutions and consultancy services for transport professionals across Europe.
Job Description:As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless communication with clients, managing client orders, and resolving any issues that may arise. Your responsibilities will include:
- Communicating effectively with external clients via phone and email
- Managing client orders and following up on their status
- Handling documentation necessary for client onboarding
- Supervising the monthly billing cycle
- Resolving client claims and feedback
- Registering new clients after contract signing
- Informing clients about important updates
- Maintaining strong relationships with internal and external clients
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- CLOSE TO NATIVE SERBIAN OR CROATIAN LANGUAGE SKILLS
- FLUENT ENGLISH KNOWLEDGE
- COMPUTER LITERACY: MS OFFICE SKILLS
- GOOD PROBLEM-SOLVING SKILLS
We provide a competitive salary, additional performance bonus, and a multicultural team environment. You will also have opportunities for learning and development, as well as work from home options (two days per week).
Average annual salary: $60,000 - $80,000 based on location and experience.
