We are looking for a highly motivated and communicative professional to join our Contact Center team as a Slovenian Speaking Contact Center Operator. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to clients of an automotive company in Slovenia.

The ideal candidate will be a native Slovenian speaker with intermediate English language skills. They should have excellent verbal and written communication skills, precision, independence, and reliability. Additionally, they should be proficient in using computer software and Microsoft Office.

In this role, you will be responsible for handling incoming email, phone requests, and complaints. You will also participate in training programs to gain deep insight into our client's campaigns and processes.   • Dealing with incoming email, phone requests, and complaints
  • Administrative tasks, responding, investigating, summarizing, and preparing response emails
  • Handling incoming questions and requests via phone, email, and chat
  • Recording and administration
  • Gathering further information from the external client's dealer network and competent departments
  • Preparing and submitting customer information responses
  • Making outgoing customer service calls, such as data clarification, customer satisfaction, and event-related calls

Please note that experience in the automotive industry and knowledge of Virtual Call Center and/or MS Dynamics software are desirable but not required.
