Main responsibilities:

  • Identify and correct missing or duplicate information in customer data repositories.
  • Coordinate with D365 Key Users to ensure accurate customer, distributor, and reseller account profiles.
  • Monitor sales representative account assignments to ensure consistency across systems.
  • Collaborate with master data teams to maintain accurate contracts, prices, product tables, and customer tables.
  • Ensure the accuracy of weekly sell-out reports to EMEA and worldwide.
  • Fulfill ad-hoc reporting requests for internal and external audits.
  • Support the calculation of sales attainment for commissions.
  • Collaborate with other support functions (sales, finance, and back-office teams) to report missing information.



Required skills:

  • Experience in Sales Support, IT, Finance, or Sales
  • Excellent Excel skills
  • Excellent verbal and written English
  • Analytical skills to capture business requirements and deliver relevant reporting
  • Strong problem-solving, critical thinking
  • Able to communicate both verbally and in writing with international contacts, various departments (sales, IT especially), and external customers
