Job Title: Head of Direct Sales

Formlabs Kft is seeking an experienced sales leader to join our team as Head of Direct Sales in Budapest. This role will lead a team of direct sales representatives, responding to inbound requests from tech-savvy professionals in the region.

About the Role:

We are looking for a sales leader with a proven track record of success in B2B direct sales, who can drive growth and achieve target bookings across the EMEA region. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of sales management, team leadership, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop the Direct Sales team (approximately 10 FTEs)
  • Consistently achieve target bookings growth across the EMEA region
  • Enhance Sales Representatives' activity, effectiveness, and efficiency
  • Provide coaching to Sales Representatives to improve the quality and speed of customer interactions
  • Recruit, hire, and onboard new team members to strengthen the team
  • Collaborate with other Sales teams to share best practices and ensure alignment between Channel (Indirect Sales) and Direct Sales as needed
  • Work cross-functionally with Revenue Operations, Sales Engineering, Marketing, People Operations, and IT to remove barriers and promote a unified One Formlabs team culture
  • Partner with Service and Product teams to influence post-sales service operations and contribute to product roadmap decisions
  • Represent the company at trade shows and customer events
