Vad du kommer att göra:

  • Registrera incidentupplösningar i Help Desk-verktyget baserat på användarkommunikation via telefon, e-post etc.
  • Hantering av biljettens livscykel
  • Samordning mellan kunder, resolvergrupper och 3:e part
  • Incidenthantering och eskaleringshantering
  • Fjärrfelsökning.
  • Upprätthålla övergripande ägande av användarens problem och tjänst och se till att de får lösning inom en rimlig tidsram.
  • Ge en första bedömning av brådskande och affärspåverkan på alla supportsamtal.
  • Hantera serviceförfrågningar, programvaruinstallationer, nya datorinställningar, uppgraderingar etc.
  • Hantera uppfyllandet av förfrågningar enligt definierade arbetsflödesuppgifter, åtkomsthantering via flera portaler.
  • Ge feedback om förbättringsförfrågningar till IT angående teknikmiljö och kundbehov genom de definierade processerna.
  • Stöd följande tekniker: Microsoft Office-produkter - Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, Internet Explorer, Windows XP, stationära datorer, bärbara datorer, skrivare, nätverkskopiatorer, nätverkskort, grundläggande LAN / WAN-anslutning och andra som tilldelats.
